Cape Town Restaurants to Break your Ramadan Fast

If you are fasting during the holy month of Ramadan, Cape Town restaurants are serving up special iftar menus and buffets for you to enjoy when you break your fast.

This year, Ramadan is expected to begin in the evening on Sunday, March 10, and end on Tuesday, April 9. Iftar or “Boeka” (the Cape Malay term commonly used in Cape Town) marks the time when Muslims are allowed to eat and drink after a long day of fasting from dawn until sunset.
