cape point attraction

Gather the family and head on a short but epic road trip outside of Cape Town. With fun activities, and not to mention scenic views along the route, it is bound to make the perfect day or overnight trip.

Here is our list of family-friendly things to do beyond Cape Town:

Recognised as one of Cape Town’s favourite local hangouts, Noordhoek Farm Village boasts top-class food eateries, such as The Foodbarn Café & Tapas (one of the few fine-dining establishments in town that warmly welcomes children), Café Roux, and the Toad in the Village restaurant. There is ample space for the little ones to run around while adults peruse the diverse retail offerings or savour a glass of wine. Their Wednesday open-air evening market, running from 4-8pm and weather dependent, is an absolute must-visit.
