WOMAD (World of Music, Arts & Dance) Cape Town brings 10 days of music, arts and dance from around the world to venues across the city. The Cape Town programme showcases an exciting mix of international and local artists, traditional music, contemporary sounds, dance and storytelling. Highlights include the Korean K-Pop Culture Concert at Artscape, Indigenous Voices and Storytellers 2 at KAYA HQ, the Global Echoes Day Concert at UCT’s Baxter Concert Hall, and the Miriam Makeba Tribute Concert with the John Hassan Trio at Silvermist Wine Estate in Constantia.
