Jam along at the V&A Waterfront and Lourensford Wine Estate in Somerset West. Your little ones will also enjoy the newly introduced SlimeTime, where they can prepare and decorate their own slime. The Pottery Camps Bay
Get crafty in Camps Bay with a range of ceramic items and paint at The Pottery. Merging food with art, visitors here can let their hair down and get creative. And, if you need some help, the staff are at hand to assist. While you create, you can order one of their famous wood oven pizzas along with a few of their signature cocktails. Kid-friendly beverages and meals are also available. The Pottery believes that you should “relish the blemish,” so don’t stress if your art isn’t close to perfect.

As the name suggests, this unique activity requires plenty of hands. 2handsy takes place every Saturday and Sunday, and perfect experience to share with someone special. With a how-to guide at every table, creating your handcast is simple, but you must be quick to ensure you achieve the best result. The two-and-a-half-hour activity is filled with interactive games while you wait for your mould to set. Food and drinks are available at the venue for an additional cost.
