Guided by winemakers Xander Sadie and Shanice du Preez, Brookdale’s wines are crafted with a minimal intervention approach, allowing each vineyard block to express purity, balance and a true sense of place. All wines can be explored in the Tasting Room.
At the heart of the estate, the Bistro serves seasonal, ingredient-led dishes by Executive Chef Gary Coetzee, showcasing the best local produce from the Paarl Valley.
