Spier Wine Farm Workshops – Fermentation Fundamentals

Join Megan McCarthy from the Spier Food Garden to discover the fundamentals of fermentation, and learn how to make sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles and other fermented treats.

The workshops all take place at Spier’s Cowshed 
Time: 09:00 –12:00 and include a
morning coffee followed by a light lunch served with Spier’s Good Natured organic wines.
