Amura Four-Hands Dinner: Ángel León × Alain Roux

This August, Amura at Mount Nelson presents an extraordinary culinary experience as two of the world’s most celebrated chefs, Ángel León and Alain Roux, come together for an exclusive four-hands dining event. Bringing together six Michelin Stars, this limited series promises a journey of exceptional flavours, world-class technique, and innovative cuisine. From 13–15 August, Chef Alain Roux will lead the evenings alongside Chef Michael Nizzero and Chef Wandile Mabaso, presenting a six-course menu inspired by the finest local South African ingredients and his signature French culinary style. The experience culminates on 16 August  with a landmark four-hands dinner featuring both Chef Alain Roux and Chef Ángel León. Each chef will present three signature courses, including their renowned lobster and kelp root creations, in a first-of-its-kind collaboration on the African continent.
