Two Oceans Aquarium Mandela Day Trash Bash

Join us for our second Trash Bash of 2026 on 18 July from 09h00 to 11h00 at Monwabisi Beach as we come together to give one of our beautiful local beaches the care it deserves.

Every piece of litter collected helps keep plastic and waste out of our oceans, protecting marine life and preserving our coastline for future generations. Beach clean-ups are a simple yet powerful way to make a difference while contributing valuable information to environmental research.

For everyone who joins for 67 minutes of good, an ocean literacy children’s book will be donated to an under-resourced school.

Together, we can create cleaner beaches and healthier oceans!
