The Silo Hotel is a striking sanctuary in the heart of Cape Town’s V&A Waterfront celebrating art, architecture and design.

Rising above the vibrant V&A Waterfront, this reimagined 1924 grain silo has been transformed into an architectural masterpiece, defined by the shimmering pillowed-glass windows. From its elevated position, the hotel commands panoramic views that sweep from Table Mountain across the city skyline to the bustling Table Bay harbour and beyond.

Occupying six floors above the Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa (MOCAA), The Silo Hotel is deeply rooted in creativity. Art is not merely displayed; it is woven into every aspect of the guest experience. Interiors, conceived by owner Liz Biden, are bold and expressive, blending vibrant colour, eclectic contemporary African artworks and carefully curated furnishings to create spaces that feel both luxurious and deeply personal.
