Yoga studios in Cape Town

Cape Town is known to enjoy slowing things down a little and nothing illustrates this more than the vast array of yoga studios dotted in and around the city. On any given day you’ll see people walking through the bustling city streets, a yoga mat tucked under one arm, a water bottle clutched in hand as they make their way to or from their yoga session of choice.

Love your sun salutations as much as we do? Here are a few yoga studios you should get to know:

YogaLife – De Waterkant

Drop in and enjoy a challenging power yoga session, or find zen again in a slower, choreographed Vinyasa class.
