The Greenhouse at the Cellars-Hohenhort

Together with the similarly excellent Conservatory, the Greenhouse restaurant ensures that guests can look forward to fine dining where Chefs Peter Tempelhoff and Ashley Moss recreate traditional favourites in delicious, modern interpretations. All dishes are inspired by local produce and reflect the multi-cultural flavours of South Africa. The kitchen’s unique creations change seasonally and rely on the availability of only the freshest produce, very often from the Greenhouse garden.  The tasting menu – the African Hunter or African Gatherer  – with optional wine pairings has seen the Greenhouse win prestigious food awards year after year.

Wine-lovers and connoisseurs will be able to taste the finest vintages from the cellars and can choose from organic and minimal intervention wines as well.
