Excelsior Manor Guesthouse

The farmhouse has a characteristic Victorian elegance while the influence of Cape Dutch architecture is clear. The estate is rather large which is why golf carts are provided so that guests can explore at their leisure and find the perfect spot to sit down and enjoy a picnic and sundowners. If you’re not ready to kick back, you may be tempted to stretch your legs on one of the three hikes through the countryside. In the tasting room, if you fancy yourself an amateur viticulturist, you can even blend, bottle and label your own vintage.

Because of its prominent history as a stable, each of the nine suites are named after thoroughbreds and hackneys bred on the farm. All rooms are decorated with an old-world elegance and charm, ensuring this authentic experience is one of memorable class and sophistication.
