Snorkel with Seals: Cape Town Bucket List

Cape Town Bucket list will take you on the adventure of a lifetime, to snorkel with the ocean’s friendliest animal—the Cape Fur Seal. Bucket List is situated in Hout Bay, and runs daily trips to Duiker Island, which is home to thousands of seals.

Cape Fur Seals are adorably nicknamed “the puppies of the ocean” for their playful and curious nature, though at up to 300kg, these are some pretty big puppies. In fact, these are the largest and strongest fur seals in the ocean.

Cape Town Bucket List will provide the wetsuit, mask, snorkel, fins, and a short training session to make sure you are comfortable in the water. For those who don’t want to go in the water, you will also be able to view the seals from the boat. There are also GoPro’s for hire at an additional fee, so you can take your close encounters home with you to show friends and family.

You don’t need more reason to visit than Cape Town Bucket List’s motto: “Because life is an adventure”.
