Baz-Art

Art speaks louder than words, which is why Baz-Art has been adding urban art to Cape Town's cityscape since 2016.

They have created artworks for companies, government and institutions throughout the African continent. Their clients are looking for authentic stories to create awareness or communicate. Baz-Art creates custom public artworks while generating online content through social media platforms, video content and PR.

Creating urban art in public spaces generates conversation through storytelling. Art can be used as a vehicle for exchange and education. It allows us to learn from and understand one another. By utilising a mural as a form of education, you can reach many passers-by.

Each year in February, Baz-Art hosts artists from all over the world and country for the International Public Art Festival (IPAF). The artists are encouraged to respond to an overarching theme selected for that year's edition. IPAF showcases the best talent within the international and national street art scene. The five-day event allows the public free access to view the murals while they are being painted.

You can book a two-hour street art tour to view the artworks, learn more about Baz-Art's year-round projects and understand the Cape Town street art scene. You can choose to walk, run or cycle the route. A hand-selected guide is chosen to give you the best possible experience!
