When dining at Swirl, the newly opened eatery, you will experience a sensory adventure of perfectly paired culinary creations like Cape Malay style bobotie spring rolls with chutney, seafood paella, ostrich steak with a berry coulis or herb crusted lamb rack with sweet potato puree.
