SPINHaus is the first rhythm boutique spin studio in Cape Town; created as a no-judgement zone! The dark atmosphere, pumping music, and flashing lights make it a fun experience for everybody!

You don’t have to be “fit” to spin and have fun! Come enjoy the community, get a sweat, and leave feeling better than when you arrived.

Not only do we offer spin classes, we support the arts and community. We have partnered with local students and organisations to showcase local talent.
