Schapenberg Sir Lowry’s Conservancy

The actual aim of this project is the raising of funds to both restore and preserve the area, with much of it going to educating others on the importance of its role as a biodiversity corridor. 5km of the Sir Lowry’s Pass River can be found in this particular corridor.

Walks include trips through the Schapenberg Hills, Waterkloof, Onderkloof, Da Capo and more, all finishing with a superb selection of the region’s finest vintages.  

Highlights:

Numerous hikes on offer as well as wine tasting
Routes have a certified Green Flag status by the Hiking Organisation of SA
Five wine estates are involved: Waterkloof, Onderkloof, Journey’s End, Wedderwill and Da Capo
