Monkeyland

There are over 500 monkeys and apes in the sanctuary, representing around 20 different species, the majority of whom live in the extensive 12-hectare Monkeyland forest. The rest can be found in large enclosures within the main forest, or at the next-door neighbours in the beautiful Birds of Eden.

Look out for Monkeyland’s baboon and horse that have become friends, or see if you can spot the elusive, shy and adorable Bush Baby. The best place to view and interact with some friendly monkeys is from the 128-metre suspended canopy walk. Monkeyland also includes a restaurant, souvenir store and viewing deck.
