Our areas of expertise include airlines, inbound tourism, MICE (such as notable events: the inauguration of ex-President Mr Nelson Mandela in 1994, Rugby World Cup 1995, Bill Clinton's trade visit to Johannesburg in 1998, ICC Cricket World Cup 2003, IPL 2009, YPO AFSE, FIFA Confederations Cup 2019, FIFA Soccer World Cup 2010), ground operations, logistics, procurement, training, tour design, travel management, operational health and safety, customer success management, online travel agencies (OTAs), online tour operators (OTOs), tourist guiding (field and cultural), turnkey technological innovations, destination management, coaching, car rental, transportation charter (air, land, and sea), and crisis management. Additionally, both Sandy and Julien are specialists in South Africa and possess extensive knowledge of unique South African experiences.

Furthermore, Julien, who serves as our Director of Operations and Marketing, is also a professional tourist guide, UAV pilot, photographer, guest services expert, and holds a Professional Drivers Permit (PrDP).
