I am a dynamic Tour Guide who develops many different ways to entertain and educate each and every tour group. I pride myself on delivering excellent customer service, talking to large groups & turning each tour into an experience. My enthusiasm and communication skills have allowed me to act confidently as a tour guide, developing strong relationships with both clients and local communities. Attention to detail and the ability to asses and manage risk have seen me manage group dynamics, avoid incidents and keep patrons happy and engaged. I have been responsible for leading tours of all sizes, catering to all customer needs, planning and executing tour itineraries. My cooking and culinary skills have also received much praise. I possess the energy, passion and knowledge to be an enthusiastic and responsible tour guide. I enjoy the opportunity to meet people of all ages and cultures, and to show them just how beautiful this country of ours is.
