The 55 km route is tough with lots of climbing and should only be attempted by fit, experienced riders.
The 35 km route follows most of the long route, but cuts out one tough hilly section. Both routes include great footpath/ single track sections. The longer routes are not suitable for kids younger than 15.
The 15 km route is an enjoyable funride over mostly flat terrain and is suitable for the novice rider Children under 12 will be allowed on the 15 km route and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
For all the youngsters and their parents,there is a 5km fun ride that is flat farm track in between the beautiful vineyards.
The 10km Trail run offers something special, starting from the slopes of the well know Matroosberg mountain range. The route will involve some small challenges that is suitably for novice to experienced runners.
