A perfect trip, that's what Map2Africa arranged for us! Everything was perfectly prepared and send in front via travel Key to us. Marietjie Thomas worked with me from the beginning to the end of my 6 weeks travel in Africa. Map2Africa booked a tour for me and my family in Namibia. The communication went very well, always easy to reach on whatsapp and any questions we had were answered very quickly and clearly.They made sure all the information was clear and an issue with the pick-up location was quickly noted by them and resolved. Even when we wanted to change the pick-up location a few days before the tour, it was no issue and they did not mind at all.The tour itself was also amazing. We had a kind tourguide who really knew his way around and he clearly was very experienced.We also got a nice text from Map2Africa if the guide found us and if everything went well. It felt very nice that they checked on us to make sure everything was okay.I would definitely recommend Map2Africa and I'd definitely use them again if I were to ever want to do something in Africa!(I've attached some pictures from the tour to show how awesome it was and that you could do it too if you book through this agency:) )

We had a wonderful stay at Solana Beach Hotel in Mauritius and our every need was met. Thank you to Map2Africa for the organized trip, great recommendation of hotel and ensuring what we requested was given efficiently. From the time I asked for quotes to the time I received everything, they were professional and asked enough questions to understand what I wanted for this trip and in the end ensured it was amazing. Our transfers were arranged and we had clear contact details. When we arrived in Mauritius Map2Africa checked in to see we were happy and settled in the hotel and all was OK. Thank you for your professionalism and care in ensuring we had a wonderful trip.

Marietjie, we are very lucky to have met you. Very good organisation of our travels, but most important of all attention to detail. One thing that characterises map2africa and Marietjie specifically is that once your travel starts, she doesn't leave you alone. She is there for you, contacting you everyday, to know if everything flows smoothly with the itinerary, if you like what you see, if you need any help. We haven't come close to such a behavior never before in the past and we really appreciate it. Marietjie helped me plan a surprise safari trip for my wife's special birthday, and it turned out absolutely perfect! The two resorts she recommended in Chobe and Okavango Delta were wonderful; beautiful, exclusive, wonderful service and spectacular food. The most memorable trip we had! Everything was perfectly well manage before during and even after the trip! Marietjie was really into the details and answered all our needs, loved the digital schedule shared with all pictures and photos to make you really visualizing the full trip in advance. The guide we had Mari, was incredible she really took care of everything you have a true free mind with her and even got some surprises and very kind intentions that you don’t expect!
