Born in Taiwan, she has lived in six countries including Taiwan, Singapore, China, Peru, U.S.A. and South Africa. Since moving to Cape Town, Lisa has been captivated by local communities and their stories.
The best stories are often shared over food: spice-filled Mumbai street snacks; hearty Peruvian home-cooked meals; gourmet feasts served in Chicago’s top restaurants and more! Lisa’s dream is to reconnect local communities and foster authentic human connections. Her start-up, Food and Chaatter, aims to do exactly that!
Lisa graduated from University of Michigan, USA with a Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) degree. She loves film, travel, outdoor camping, innovative ideas and of course, food!
