Malcolm is a very kind and warm person and will do everything for visitors of CT to make them feel at home. Last Year (february 2009) my doughter (19 years old and 9000km from Netherlands) was in some kind of trouble, she was real sick and alone in a neighbourhood wich wasn`t safe at all. We contacted Malcolm and within one hour he arranged a fantastic place to stay in Green Point! After that we stayed in contact and Malcolm supported us during our trip in Cape-Town. He is really a fantastic person who cares about other people. Next time we come back (yes we do!) we shall visit Malcolm to say: thank you again, Malcolm. You become a true friend for us and showed us the most beautiful things in Cape Town. We wish Malcolm and Bookings 4 Tourists all the best and when you are visiting CT, please visit Malcolm! You won`t regret it.

"We had the good fortune to have Allan drive us from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth in July 2010 via Oudtshoorn and Knysna. He suggested a number of things for us to do along the way, and all of his suggestions were spot-on. He was very knowlegeable and engaging. He is also a superb photographer. The USB key of photographs he provided at the end of our time together contained one of the best pictures (and smiles) of my daughter that I have ever seen (riding an ostrich at Oudtshoorn). We were in South Africa for two weeks, and Allan was an integral part of our trip of a lifetime. Many Thanks!"

allen is an excellent tour guide. we highly recommend allen without reservation. this was our first trip to south africa and we learned so much more about the culture, the people and the history through allen. he is professional, patience, kind and personable. he will go out of his way to make your stay enjoyalbe. we learned about allen from a wonderful husband and wife couple who volunteered at the world's first heart transplant hospital in capetown (also a great place to visit). they speak highly of allen. my wife and son (a teenager) also love allen. he is attentive, observant and will tailor your tour base on your budget. our first tour with him, because it was a last minute arrangement, we started about 1 hour late, allen voluntarily reduce his daily rate eventhough he spent the whole day with us. thank you allen.

This was our first trip to South Africa and our first wine tasking tour. And it turned out that Allan was perfect for us! He started our wine tasting tour by telling us about the history of South Africa. This was excellent because it gave us a sense of communities that lived in South Africa and how their influence lingers on till now. Allan planned our day beautifully and took us to see these magnificent vineyards and helped us understand the wine making process. He patiently answered all our questions and had an interesting, story like way of explaining things. He is very well read and knows a lot about the culture, history and heritage of Cape Town and South Africa. He selected the vineyards for us and they were all very unique and interesting. Allan is very friendly and really he has left us with such beautiful memories of South Africa that we can never forget. Thank you Allan for your wonderful company, we enjoyed every bit of it!!! The pleasure of visiting a beautiful city such as Cape Town could have been spoiled by the commercialism that the FIFA World Cup ,by the temporary “guides “ that would have arisen from the vast opportunities to take as many Rand as possible from tourists. To have met and being escorted, together with other Aussies, to a number of the beautiful, the ugly ,the good and the bad attractions of this wonderful city by Shaheed dispelled any misconceptions I might have had about South Africa. His knowledge of the history, the charm, the attractions of CT made it a pleasure to be driven by such a honest ,knowledgeable guide. As a volunteer guide myself, I can appreciate the effort that Shaheed put in to ensure that we left CT with great memories. FIVE STAR rating from me, highly recommended.
