I recently returned from a fantastic trip to Cape Town and the highlight of my trip was the tour I did with Rhonda. She took myself and three other people out for a day tour of Cape Town and the surrounding area. We were able to tell her the things that we really wanted to see and she planned out the whole day! We saw Hout Bay, drove along Chapman's Peak, visited Cape Point, a winery, an ostrich farm, the Boulder Beach penguins and other sights throughout the city. She even recommended a restaurant with delicious seafood at the waterfront for us and walked us there! Her enthusiasm and incredible personality made the day so much fun. Her stories and anecdotes as we drove along are things I will never forget. I would highly recommend that anyone coming to Cape Town book a tour with Rhonda's Tours and Explores. She went above and beyond what we expected from the day and we all can't wait to come back to Cape Town and book her again!

Especially for being able to see herds and herds of elephants, the troops of baboons and all the other groups!!! We never tried of being surrounded by all the wildlife. As you know, our favorite drive and place to stay was the late night drive around Imbabala Lodge but being true Michiganders, we also liked the two pontoon rides very much. The rafts of hippos were so cool. We enjoyed our two days with Rhonda a lot. Without you, Rhonda nor us would have found out that we had something special in common. Rhonda was a missionary in Tashkent, Uzbekistan a few years before us and although we didn't know her we do know some of the same people. What a blessing that was to meet like that. She took us around District 6 showing and explaining about life before and after Apartheid. She took us to a local shopping area, two performing art schools, to an evening performance, to her elementary school, and to a missionary high school for 'drop-out' kids who want to better themselves. We also had three meals with different Muslim families in their homes that are friends of Rhonda's. It was like being back with friends in Tashkent. We also spent a couple of hours at a McDonalds in District 6 talking and watching Ron eat double cheeseburgers with ketchup only. She is a dynamite person. Robin, do you have her e-mail address? We forgot all about it.

We are back from our trip to Cape Town, South Africa and can simply say we loved every minute! We booked our tours with Rhonda from Rhonda’s Tours and Explores and it was nothing short of fantastic! She was amazing from start to finish, helped me find accommodation, arranged transfers to and from the airport, and arranged all of our tours (6 in total!) Throughout our entire time in Cape Town, Rhonda provided us with fascinating historical information with just the right amount of detail on a variety of topics, she has a wonderful sense of humour that is warm and engaging and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I learned so much about Cape Town and it’s rich history I have seen so many sights and experienced a new, rich and vibrant culture. The whole adventure was a thrill from start to finish and it is down to Rhonda and the fantastic service she provides.
