Guided Stand up Paddleboard Tours on the canals of Cape Town. An unexpected adventure paddle from the Convention Centre to the One and Only Hotel along the 'Roggebaai' Marina. We provide the equipment and teaching for this alternative, hour trip along the Cape Town waterways. The boards are large and stable and ideal for learning. However, participants must be able to swim and wear appropriate clothing. The water is clean and not too cold.

We also offer an hours trip along the canals at Century City, starting from the arched bridge at the Crystal Towers hotel and around the bird sanctuary of Intaka island.
