Italian

Translated from Italian, Andiamo means “let’s go”, and that is what the Andiamo experience is all about.

Situated on the Piazza in the trendy Cape Quarter in Green Point, our neighbours include home décor, art and artifacts, fashion, beauty, health, and lifestyle related stores, all positioned in buildings maintaining a unique Cape Malay architecture.

Indiamo caters for breakfast, lunch and supper, cocktails and all kinds of casual occasions. The food is simple and traditional Italian ranging from salads, tramezzinis and antipasti, to pizza, pasta, meat and seafood. Signature dishes include the lamb chops and fish, and the prawn and asparagus pasta. We also have a deli with over 200 delectable local and imported items to choose from, sandwiches made on freshly baked breads, salads, meats (all imported from Italy), Parma Ham, Bresola, Coppa, Olive Oil, olives, Balsamic, freshly ground coffee and so much more. We also have a lunchtime Harvest Table which features displays and tastings from Monday to Friday and a Breakfast Buffet on weekends and public holidays.

Warm in winter, cool and refreshing in summer, Andiamo boasts plenty of well protected outside seating for those long hours spent relaxing with friends.

Last but certainly not least, we have opened up Andiamo Espresso in the new Cape Quarter development, at the entrance to the Cape Quarter Food SPAR: A great place to get coffee on the go, a lunch time snack or even just a tea time treat.

Both Andiamo and Andiamo Espresso are now complimentary Wifi zones.
