Decorated in the colours of the coast, beach and sea, Seafood at The Plettenberg offers unrivalled vistas of Formosa Bay. This bright, light and romantic setting triggers a craving for seafood, which is satisfyingly met with the all-day signature dishes designed by award-winning Relais and Chateaux Grand Chef Peter Templehoff.
Many of the dishes across Templehoff’s divine menu are inspired by the rich marine and coastal life that is found in the surrounding Plettenberg Bay area. Both the chive and parmesan crusted line fish and grilled king tiger prawns are made with fresh catches from the bay. Even the ingredients in non-seafood dishes (such the delectable slow-roasted crispy duck) are sourced freshly from local and environmentally conscious suppliers.
