The Federated Hospitality Association of Southern Africa, or FEDHASA, is a membership-driven organisation that strives to cultivate a sustainable and profitable business environment for the South African hospitality industry. It functions in two roles: a South African trade association and a South African employers’ association.
As the former, it is the representative of members’ interests on public and private sector economic, business and environmental forums. With a dedication to developing and maintaining the standards of the industry, the organisation has responsibilities in related business, economic, social and environmental activities. It also promotes the growth of small and medium enterprises that are owned by those deemed to be previously disadvantaged.
