Cape Malay Restaurant at The Portswood Hotel

Allow the sights and smells of the East to delight the senses at the Quarterdeck Restaurant. Serving authentic and traditional Cape Malay cuisine, its menu embraces the unique flavour of this diverse Cape Town culture.

Also specialising in Indonesian and Malaysian dishes, it is truly a delicious melting pot of cooking that is sure to appeal to those with a taste for Asian-inspired meals. On the first Sunday of every month they prepare a spitbraai, the South African term for lamb on a spit, as well as potjiekos, a slow-cooked stew.
