Guy Clark as Executive Chef, who has only recently returned to his hometown after having honed his skills in India and the USA for the past four years brings a unique taste expoerience to the restaurant’s dishes- they are simple yet sophisticated and beautifully presented. Guests may experience the chef’s creations with his daily changing set three-course lunch menu, which is priced at R520 per person and includes delicacies such as Japanese chilli-cured salmon with black salt cream, fresh fig and gooseberries.
For those looking for an out-of-the-ordinary breakfast to start their day, Tintswalo Atlantic presents a spectacular option. A decadent breakfast, priced at R280 per person, is served daily and includes an array of mouthwatering hot and cold dishes. Guests may choose from a large variety of freshly baked pastries, sumptuously presented egg dishes and healthy options such as homemade granola with yoghurt and fruit.
Tintswalo Atlantic is also a wonderful destination for a relaxing getaway close to the city.
