Loeries V&A Waterfront Brunch and Lunch

This year, the V&A Waterfront is the number one spot for all Loerie delegates on Saturday 22 September.

The restaurants lining Quay 4 and Quay 5 at the Waterfront have been specifically chosen as the prime location for your company brunch, lunch and afternoon get-togethers.

The V&A Waterfront will be a networking hot spot, so be sure to book your function now so that you don't miss out on the perfect opportunity to catch up with old friends and connect with new ones!

A full list of accredited restaurants, including contact details for each venue as well as Loeries specials that will be running, is available at www.theloerieaward.co.za.

The Loeries official Mayor's Media Brunch for invited media and VIP guests will be held at the V&A's Alba Lounge as part of the day's activities and all Loeries MyCiTi bus routes will circulate past the Waterfront on Saturday, so there will be regular transport available.

Both awards ceremonies almost sold out in main auditorium!

There is still chance to book seats for both awards ceremonies, but don't panic, even if you don't manage to get a seat in the main auditorium on either of the awards evenings on Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 September, you can still enjoy the whole experience via the Live Relay - tickets now available at www.theloerieawards.co.za.

Monday 17 – Thursday 20 September

The Loeries Judging Week takes place with over 130 industry leaders and 4 international chairmen. Finalists will be announced at the end of each day.

The Loeries Trade Expo takes place for the first time this year. Hosted at City Hall from Thursday to Saturday, the Trade Expo is an exclusive opportunity to interact with the marketing and advertising industry. Check the Loeries website for more information on booking a stand.

Registration for all delegates will take place at City Hall from Thursday 20 to Sunday 23 September. On Thursday evening the Egg Films Wrap Party at The Cullinan Hotel will bring a close to judging.

Friday 21 September

The International Seminar of Creativity will run throughout the day at City Hall. Delegates will have a chance relax and let their hair down that evening at the Chairman's Party. The Pendoring Awards will also take place on Friday evening at the CTICC.

Saturday 22 September

The Student Portfolio Day will be held on Saturday morning at City Hall, followed by a day of networking at the V&A Waterfront brunch & lunch – including the Mayor's Media Brunch and the Velocity Party. Book your agency lunch and enjoy cocktail or two at the dockside.

The first night of the awards will take place from 5pm at the Cape Town International Convention Centre, followed by agency parties. Live Relay ticketholders will be able to watch the ceremony via a live link to a second auditorium at the CTICC.

Associated Magazines will be hosting the Marie Claire Winners Party at Zip Zap Circus for VIP guests and Gold winners to celebrate the winners of the evening.

Sunday 23 September

Delegates have a free day to experience some of Cape Town's treasures. The Sunday night awards ceremony will start from 5pm – the same time as The Official Party at Collective Dream Studios – with the awards being broadcast live to the venue.  MyCiTi bus services will be running between the two venues.
