For children and grown-ups too. Move, stretch and build an active lifestyle together by learning fitness and sports fundamentals. Activities focus on developing the skills involved in soccer, basketball, baseball, volleyball, flag football, hockey, racquet sports, track and field, and golf.

Dads are invited to come and learn basic sports skills with their toddlers for a 4 week period. Gymboree Play and Music  is an indoor venue, and will provide all children aged 3-5 with toddler sized equipment.

Gymboree Play and Music is the world’s leader in classes for children, located in 30 countries around the world and is now in Cape Town.

The 460sqm flagship store is located in the heart of Newlands. They offer parent child interactive classes for parents and children from birth up to age 5.
