Speaker: Rudolf Gouws, Chief Economist Rand Merchant Bank, previously Chief Economist Nedbank Group.  He obtained his masters degree in Economics from the University of Stellenbosch, chaired the Economic Policy Committee of Business South Africa (BSA) and served in Nedlac. He is an honorary professor of Economics at the University of Stellenbosch.
