The SA Red Cross Air Mercy Service (AMS) are proud to be hosting the first Aeromed Africa Conference and Exhibition at the CTICC from March 13 to 16,2012.
This inaugural conference will address the role and contribution that aero-medical services can play in contributing to healthcare delivery and the creation of access to scarce healthcare resources in developing countries.
The conference, which will focus on the pre hospital care environment, mountain and sea recue as well as the impact that aero medical services can make in creating access to elective and preventative healthcare by way of a structured “Flying Doctor Service”, will provide a forum for organisations to share their experiences and learn from each other. It will be an ideal networking opportunity for organisations, Government representatives, suppliers and other interested parties.
