You are spoilt for choice when it comes to bars and clubs, wining and dining, shopping centres, casinos, spas, and outdoor adventure and leisure activities, while the large number of sightseeing attractions is what makes Cape Town one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world.

Golfers can enjoy a round at some of the most scenic courses in the world, such as the Gary Player-designed Erinvale Golf Course.
Long Street, the V&A Waterfront, Camps Bay and the Tygerberg Waterfront all offer a range of upmarket bars and clubs.
The GrandWest Casino is easily accessible and also provides conference facilities.
Those interested in Bollywood films have recently been shot in the Camps Bay area.

There are always local or international sporting events of some sort taking place in Cape Town on the weekends, with football, cricket and rugby being the more popular sports.
Pubs in Cape Town certainly come alive with colour when one of the national teams are playing and you won’t struggle to find somewhere with a lively atmosphere to watch international and club football matches either.
Cape Town is host to domestic sports teams such as Ajax Cape Town (football), the Vodacom Stormers (rugby) and the Cape Cobras (cricket).
The Newlands area features both a rugby and a cricket stadium, meaning there is usually weekend sport of some sort throughout the year.
