Where Would You Rather Be Wednesdays in Cape Town: sights to see

Mother City fanatic Mark Sampson would rather be at Misty Cliffs in Scarborough in Cape Town this Wednesday. Photo courtesy of Mark Sampson

It’s Wednesday, Cape Town lovers, and that means I am once again asking you Where You’d Rather Be in the Mother City today.

I wish I was enjoying some quality time with my godchildren at the Green Point Urban Park, followed by lunch and an educational visit to the Two Oceans Aquarium.

You guys were very vocal about where you wished you could be last week:

"Where else would I rather be ... nowhere but MISTY CLIFFS in Scarborough!"  Mark Sampson

"Chilling at Camps Bay, or having brunch at Table Bay Hotel at the V&A Waterfront."  Kim Olivia Whosoever Erasmus

"I spent the day in Stellenbosch. One of my new favourite places to visit in Cape Town."   Michael Stumbles

"Olympia Café in Muizenberg for one of their AMAZING Almond Croissants :-)"  Jamie MacRae

"Long Beach, Kommetjie or Fish Hoek Beach. Even Buffels Bay, Cape Point Nature Reserve."  Margaret J Thomas

OK, so let’s run through it once more: tell me or show me Where You Would Rather Be in Cape Town this Wednesday by posting a comment below, sharing and liking our post on Facebook, emailing your suggestions and images to fb@capetown.travel, or tweeting us with the hashtag #lovecapetown.

The Two Oceans Aquarium keeps visitors occupied for hours. Watching fish and turtles being fed is a favourite attraction. Photo courtesy of Marti Mcfly
