If you are wondering where to watch the Springbok rugby match this weekend, why not consider the Cape Town Festival of Beer, which is taking place at Hamilton’s Rugby Football Club in Green Point, from Thursday to Saturday. In their last match of 2010, the Springboks will be playing England at Twickenham Stadium.

There will most likely be a good mix of Springbok and English supporters about the Cape Town on Saturday, ensuring a friendly rivalry. Beer and rugby are fairly synonymous in South Africa, which is why the Cape Town Festival of Beer is a good viewing option. The match kicks off at 15h30 South African time, with the beer festival starting at noon.

Gates open at 17h00 on Thursday and Friday and beer sales end at 22h00 each night of the event.

More than 40 brands of beer, both South African and international, will be available.

Tickets are R50 and can be bought at the gate.
