The Cape Wine Academy is offering a wine course from April 30 to May 21, 2009. Join them for a series of lectures about viticulture, winemaking and the history of wine in South Africa. The course includes a series of tutored tastings.
The course will be held at the River Club on Liesbeek Parkway, Observatory. The cost – R895 – includes a course book and tasting glasses.
