Says Craig, “On December 16, I celebrated Heritage Day by participating in a 10km fun run through the streets of Gugulethu or 'Gugs' as it is locally called. It was established as a township in the 1960s, but has since grown into a vibrant Cape Town community.
"About 1 000 people participated, and thousands of residents supported and cheered us as we ran through the streets in the early morning. It was a wonderful opportunity to do some real 'street photography'. Well done to the Gugulethu Athletics Club on a well organised event. I hope to see you all there next year!”
