Cape Town’s musical shores will be infused with the sounds of the 13th annual 2012 Cape Town International Jazz Festival at the CTICC this weekend, Friday 30 and Saturday March 31, 2012.
This year’s sold-out event features the crème de la crème of the jazz world, including international greats James Ingram and Steve Tyrell, as well as local Hugh Masekela and Zamajobe.

With thousands of jazz lovers descending on the soulful Mother City, please be advised of the following road closures:

Road Closures

Lower Long (full closure between Wharf and Coen Steytler, North bound): Friday 30 March at 09H00 to Sunday 1 April at 09H00

Lower Long (both lanes reverse flow between Wharf and Coen Steytler, South bound): Friday 30 March at 12H00 to 16H30

Coen Steytler (full closure between Lower Long and Heerengracht, East bound): Friday 30 March at 09H00 to Sunday 1 April at 09H00

Heerengracht (left lane only between Coen Steytler and Lower Table Bay Boulevard, North bound): Friday 30 March at 09H00 to Sunday 1 April at 09H00

Coen Steytler (full closure between Lower Long and Heerengracht, East bound): Friday 30 March at 09H00 to Sunday 1 April at 09H00

Closure of walkway between Cullinan/Desmond Tutu Square and  CTICC: Friday 30 March at 09H00 to Sunday 1 April at 18H00.
