Last weekend was cold and windy – perfect conditions for kite flying, we’ll have you know! On Saturday, October 23, hordes of eager enthusiasts of all ages converged at Zandvlei in Muizenberg for what’s become a highlight on Cape Town’s outdoor calendar: the 16th Cape Town International Kite Festival.
