On top of the World – Flickr pic of the day
Margriet says, “As an independent travel planner I had the amazing opportunity to explore South Africa in 2006. After tracking the Panorama route, visiting the Kruger Park, riding an ostrich and doing some wine tasting (yes, I finished every glass!), I arrived in Cape town. I was spontaneously invited to a street party and danced until late hours in Long Street, having the time of my life. Most impressive was Robben Island. To be guided by one of the former prisoners makes you really think about the history of this special country.
But … if you really want to experience a view, if you really want to be on the top of the world and if you really want to feel free … then climb a rock on top of Table Mountain!
South Africa really gets under your skin. Feel it and you’ll believe it!”
