German travel blogger Melvin Böcher has been loving his time in Cape Town as a guest of Cape Town Tourism. He's been staying at a villa in Camps Bay and he's enjoyed adventure activities such as climbing Table Mountain and cage diving with sharks.
Melvin has nearly 87 000 Twitter followers, who he entertains and informs as he travels the globe. He has been amazed by the way lovers of Cape Town have interacted with him during his trip.
"I've tried to reply to every tweet, but it's been impossible," he says, impressed by the way locals have responded to questions he has asked and the way advice has been offered.
Read our blog about how Cape Town residents have advised travel bloggers about what to see and do in and around the Mother City.
