Keith says: “The beauty of living in Cape Town is that there is always something on the go, in good or bad weather. This particular Sunday was cold, overcast and windy, but we found this intrepid kite surfer having a ball at Longbeach in Kommetjie .”

Enter the My Cape Town photo competition

Cape Town Tourism invites photographers to enter the My Cape Town photo competition.

Submit your best photographs of Cape Town to the Cape Town. Live it. Love it. Flickr group and tag them “mycapetown2010”. Entries must be submitted before September 30, 2010.

The prize is R10 000 cash, plus a four-day hiking expedition on the Hoerikwaggo Trail (including accommodation) for the winning photographer and up to 11 friends.
