Kirstenbosch Summer Concerts set to rock Cape Town

South Africa’s hottest musicians are sure to raise the temperature in Cape Town this summer when the Kirstenbosch Summer Sunset Concert series kicks off on November 22.

It’s time to welcome the much anticipated summer season, which brings warmth, beauty, blooming flowers and a variety of talented artists, who will perform at the Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens every Sunday from 17h30 to 18h45 until April 4, 2010.

The party continues with the Old Mutual Encounters series, featuring Claire Philips and Neo Muyanga (November 29); Lira, Hip Hop Pantsula and RJ Benjamin (January 31); Jamali, Jody, Sasha Lee, Soulstone (February 14); and Tidal Waves and Tumi Molekane (April 4).
