Flamed says: “Cape Town is a photographer’s paradise. Almost every landscape is available to shoot. The African light during the photographer’s magic hours of mornings and evenings is unparalleled in my experience for taking pictures. Of course if you feel like some of the world’s best beaches, hiking or seafood, that too is in generous supply!

This photograph was taken at sunset in Bantry Bay on the small beach called Saunders Rocks. I was taunting my subject to bound off the rocks, the effect of which was exaggerated by using a wide-angle lens.”
