Find hidden images in Cape Town picture and win a luxury safari
Go2 Africa recently launched what is billed as the largest picture of Cape Town – a composite of over 500 photos which make up a panoramic view of the city. And there’s an amazing prize for spotting images hidden in the big picture: you can win a luxury safari for two, including international airfares!
Have a look at the full gigapan image here and zoom in on any area to see incredible detail. On your computer screen you can explore the Green Point Stadium, the V&A Waterfront and harbour, the city centre and surrounding suburbs, and Table Mountain, getting an excellent idea of how they all fit together.
Go2Africa, a travel service provider, has created a kind of treasure hunt for you in this image. Hidden among the 500 pictures are images of 27 of the company’s African safari experts, as well as its two competition partners (Thornybush Collection and photographic specialists Virtual Africa) and its own logo.
What you have to do is zoom in and find them. Then follow the competition instructions, which you’ll find here: www.go2africa.com/competition/really_big_picture_competition.
The winner (two people sharing) will receive an all-expenses-paid luxury South African safari valued at over R75 000. Here’s what you get:
- Two international return flights from New York, Washington, London, Frankfurt, Sydney, Hong Kong, Mumbai or São Paulo
- Two return airport transfers
- Six nights’ accommodation for two at two of the Thornybush Collection luxury game lodges in the Kruger National Park
Every correct entry submitted – each of the 30 hidden images – gives you a chance to win this fantastic prize, so get started now and explore Cape Town!
