Fazielah’s top 3 weekend festive markets
So who of you, like me, have left your Christmas gift shopping to this weekend?
No need to fret, my late fellow shoppers, because there are plenty of fabulous markets in festive Cape Town this weekend to ensure that everyone gets a little something from Santa:
Be inspired by the perfect natural setting of this amazing market in the Company’s Garden.
With a variety of stalls selling everything from jewellery to braai supplies, clothing and toys until 21h00 each evening, you’re sure to find everything you need for that ideal gift.
Treat yourself to some delicious treats and enjoy the live local musical acts on the sprawling garden lawns after a spot of retail therapy.

If you prefer to show your love through cooking, you can’t go wrong with all of the goodies at the V&A Market on the Wharf.
Housed in the old Look & Listen building at the V&A Waterfront, this market stocks and supplies only the best in local produce.
