Facebook Feedback Fridays: Your favourite running trails

Keeping fit is such a chore right? I have to admit my love for delicious food outweighs my love for exercising. But with these top suggested running trails in Cape Town, even I can’t resist getting my pink running shoes on and hitting the road. Summer means lots of glorious blessings: the sun rises earlier, the days are warmer and the sun sets later - all the more reason to trade your hour on the treadmill at the gym for an hour running these scenic trails in the Mother City.

This week we asked our fans on Facebook where their favourite running spots are – here’s what they had to say:

Run Cape Town: Silvermine Reserve, as well as the route from Constantia Nek to Hout Bay via Vlakkenberg - SO BEAUTIFUL!
